Both put your real face into photoreal vision boards. FutureSelf is $4.90 for 8 images and lets you see one scene free with no card. Vision Boards AI starts at $25 for 30 images and is the better buy if you want high volume, boards with three or four people, or a commercial-use license. Both tools now do two-person boards - ours is $6.99.
Cheapest way in, or most images out
Both tools let you try before paying. If you want the cheapest full board, ours is $4.90 against their $25 entry tier. If you want volume, three or four faces, or commercial rights, Vision Boards AI at $45 or $65 is genuinely the better purchase. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
Why Vision Boards AI isn't enough
$25 entry after the trial
Face-preserving generation either holds your likeness or it does not, and that varies by face. Both tools let you check first: they offer a free trial with preview images, and our first scene is free. After that, their entry price is $25 and ours is $4.90.
Buying volume you have not decided you want
30 images across 5 goals is a lot of output for a practice you have not started yet. Eight scenes is enough to learn whether daily exposure to your own future face does anything for you.
Tier confusion
Three tiers at $25, $45 and $65 is a decision before the first result. One price is easier when you are only trying to find out if the idea works.
Where they are honestly better
Volume, at $45 their 140 images work out to roughly $0.32 each against our $0.61. Group boards, they preserve two faces at $45 and up to four in one frame at $65; we do two for $6.99 but cannot do three or four at all. Commercial licensing, included from their $45 tier while our terms grant personal use only. If any of those three things matter to you, buy theirs.

Where we are better, and why it is not just price
Price at entry. Both tools let you see a result before paying: our first scene is free with no card (you create a free account first), and they offer a free trial with preview images. After that, $4.90 against $25 makes the decision small rather than considered. Their free trial was confirmed on their site on 2026-10-12.

The per-image number cuts both ways
At their entry tier we are cheaper per image, $0.61 against $0.83. At their $45 tier they are cheaper, $0.32 against our $0.61. Anyone claiming a flat multiple in either direction is quoting the tier that suits them. Both statements above are true at the same time.
