1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the significant computational costs (GPU resources) incurred immediately upon initiating the AI generation process, we do not offer refunds once the generation process has started.

2. Why No Refunds?

Each "Future Self" vision board is a custom-made digital product generated specifically for you using expensive server infrastructure. Unlike physical goods, this cost cannot be recovered once spent.

3. Quality Variation

By purchasing, you acknowledge that AI art generation is an experimental technology. Results depend heavily on the quality of the uploaded photo. We provide clear guidelines on uploading good photos to ensure the best results. Dissatisfaction with the artistic direction or likeness of the AI-generated images does not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges due to payment gateway error.
• A technical failure on our end that prevented any images from being generated at all.
