1. Information We Collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email address, the answers you choose in the questions, and the photos you upload. When you buy something, Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card number. For a printed gift we also receive the shipping address you enter at checkout.

2. How We Use Your Photos

Your photo is used for one thing: drawing the scenes on your board. To draw them, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini image model through Google's paid API. We never use your photos to train any AI model, and under the terms of Google's paid API, Google does not use them to train its models either. We do not sell or share your photos or face data with anyone for marketing.

3. How Long We Keep It

The photos you upload are deleted from our servers automatically within 24 hours. The free preview scene is kept for up to 24 hours as well, and we may look at it in that time to check the quality of our drawings. The scenes and boards you pay for are kept in your account so you can open and download them, until you delete them. You can delete your account, with its photos, scenes and boards, from your dashboard at any time.

4. Who Processes Your Data

We use these providers, each only for its own part of the service: Supabase (database and file storage), Google (the Gemini image model), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and, for printed gifts only, Gelato (printing and shipping). To understand how the site is used and to measure our ads, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, Vercel Analytics, the Meta pixel and Pinterest's conversion tracking. These see your visits and actions on the site, never your photos.

5. Children's Photos

A board can show a child only when that child's parent or legal guardian makes it. Before a child's photo can be uploaded, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you agree to the photo being used to make that board. We use the photo only to make that board, delete the uploaded photo within 24 hours, do not share it with anyone, and never use it to train models. The finished board is private to your account. To have it removed, contact us at the address below.
