1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FutureSelf.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FutureSelf.ai provides AI-generated personalized vision boards. We use artificial intelligence to create photorealistic images based on your preferences and uploaded photos. The Service includes digital delivery and optional physical prints.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
  • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal
  • Digital products are delivered immediately via email
  • Physical products are shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Shipping is free worldwide for physical orders

5. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the personalized nature of our service, digital products are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your vision board, contact us within 48 hours for a free regeneration.

Physical Products: If your physical order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a free replacement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for your order only.

Generated Content: You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your generated vision board for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.

Our Content: The FutureSelf.ai name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED IMAGES WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR THAT VISUALIZATION WILL LEAD TO GOAL ACHIEVEMENT. RESULTS DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURESELF.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
