1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FutureSelf.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FutureSelf.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized future visualization images based on user-uploaded photos. We provide digital downloads of these generated images, a digital gift for two, and, for the gift, optional printed products.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have given you explicit permission to use their likeness. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. AI Generation & Accuracy

Our service utilizes generative AI technology. While we strive for high quality, the nature of AI means results can vary. We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly resemble the input photo or meet specific artistic expectations. The images are for entertainment and visualization purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal license to use the generated images for personal use (social media, printing, vision boards).

6. The Gift

A gift is a private link to the scenes. If you choose email delivery, we email it to the recipient at 8:00 in the morning on the day you pick, in the time zone you pick. If you choose to send the link yourself, you get it as soon as the gift is ready. The gift is digital. Once it has been opened it cannot be refunded, except for a duplicate charge or a technical failure that produced no images.

7. Printed Products

Posters and framed prints are made to order by our print partner, Gelato, and ship only to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czechia. Allow up to 11 business days for delivery. If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days of delivery at support@futureself-ai.com with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Because each print is made for you, we do not refund a print for a change of mind.

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureSelf.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service.
