What is a wheel of life?
A circle split into areas of your life, each rated from 1 to 10, so you can see at a glance where you want more. It is a common coaching exercise. This one has eight areas and draws the shape as you rate.
Which areas does it use?
Career, money, health, love and people, home, fun and travel, growth and creativity, and calm.
What do I do with my result?
Start with the areas you rated lowest. The tool lists three scenes each one could be on a vision board. Print the wheel and rate again in a month to see what moved.
